Konrad Henker, born in Weimar, Germany, in 1979, is an artist whose work focuses intensively on mountain landscapes and the connection between nature, history, and culture. Through his travels to various mountain regions, including the Ötztal Alps, Rätikon, Stubai Alps, and Lofoten Islands, Henker has developed a unique perspective on the beauty and interplay of nature and human history.

Henker studied at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts, where he refined his artistic technique under the guidance of renowned professors such as Elke Hopfe, Siegfried Klotz, and Wolfram Hänsch.
